摘要 The main throttle valve (5) is operated directly from the throttle pedal linkage (3) between min. and max. stops. A coupling to the secondary throttle valve (13) operates with a controlled gearing (12) to cover the increasing throttle settings. An electrically driven servo (17) provides additional control for the throttle i.e. to adjust the torque to regulate the idling speed. The servo drive operates in conjunction with position monitors (6) on the main throttle valve drive, and position monitors (20) on the servo drive. The control operates the servo to take up any slack in the drive linkage and provide a positive throttle control. ADVANTAGE - Engine power control for two throttles using throttle pedal, and motorised idling control.
