The refrigerator does not use the freon gas restricted as a cooling medium because of air pollution, but obtains the cooling effect by using the stirling cycle method. The refrigerator comprises a stirling module (11) equipped at a main body (30); a heat pipe (16) connected with a radiator (13) of the stirling module (11); a linear motor (23) for setting a cooling temparature; a voltage controller (14) supplying a variable voltage according to the set cooling temperature. The heat pipe (15) for cooling, includes a cap type condensing member (15b), and an evaporating member (15a) connected with a plurality of cooling pipes (15c). Another heat pipe (16) for radiating, includes a cylindrical evaporating member (16a), and a condensing member (16b) connected with a plurality of radiation pipes (16c).
