<p>This device comes within the production sector for machinery for the manufacture or retreading of tyres, is for housing the carcass of the tyre analogously to the better known "rim" and permits its inflation, and is mainly used on detreaders, rollers or builders. The invention regards the entire mechanical unit which, be means of two metal plates with the conformation of the beads of the tyre carcasses permits the insertion of the carcass from the outsides of both beads beyond the outside in such a way as to place the carcass on the opposite internal plate; adjustment of the distance between the two plates permits assembly of tyres with the same seating but different widths. In this way a rigid support is realised, inflatable for the carcass itself, where the fundamental prerogative is that carcass assembly and disassembly are extremely fast and simple. <IMAGE></p> |
