<p>PURPOSE:To reduce an area of a liquid evaporating device by a method wherein gas evaporated in the liquid evaporating system is introduced into a heating part through a gas-liquid separating tank and the change-over of liquid evaporating device is eliminated substantially. CONSTITUTION:When a liquid surface within a fin-tube 2A is raised due to an advancement of freezing in a liquid evaporating device 1A, unevaporated liquid is mixed in the gas introduced into the gas-liquid separating tank 11. However, the liquid among the gas is separated in the gas-liquid separating tank 11 and introduced into liquid supplying header pipes 3A, 3B through liquid balancing pipes 12A, 12B to be evaporated. If a capability of the liquid evaporating device 1A drops, the surface of liquid within the fin-tube 2A rises, and the liquid flows chiefly in the liquid supplying header pipe 3B through the liquid balancing pipe 12B, and being raised through the fin-tube 2B to be evaporated. This means that it has been changed from the liquid evaporating device 1A to a preliminary liquid evaporating device 1B in function, thereby enabling the changing-over operation to be eliminated and the area of the liquid evaporating device to be reduced.</p> |
