The invention is directed to an apparatus for producing cast products, comprising: a filling unit in which a non-solid material is filled from a filling nozzle into an elastic mold having an open-bag shaped filling section; a solidifying unit in which the filled material is solidified inside the elastic mold; and a withdrawal unit in which a solidified product is withdrawn from inside the elastic mold, wherein the withdrawal unit is constituted by a vacuum suction unit adapted to suck the cast product through an opening of the elastic mold and a vacuum chamber adapted to effect sucking under a vacuum from the side of the elastic mold opposite to the opening, thereby expanding the elastic mold before the cast product is withdrawn. The cast products thus formed are free from damage and are hence provided with high product values.
