摘要 PURPOSE:To improve a peeling property visibility of an image, and long shelf life of the image by a method wherein a dyeing crosslinking resin and a plasticizer are made main constituents as an acceptor layer in an image receiving medium for sublimate type thermal transfer having a dye acceptor layer capable of dyeing thermal sublimate dye on a substratum. CONSTITUTION:The image receiving medium for sublimate type thermal transfer to be used for a full color printer, a video printer, etc., has a dye acceptor layer B capable of dyeing thermal sublimate dye on an image receiving substratum A. Then, thermal sublimate dye is sublimated to be diffused from a dye transfer layer 4 of the sublimate type thermal transfer is transferred to the dye acceptor layer B of the image receiving medium to be dyed. In that case, the acceptor layer having a dyeing crosslinking resin and a plasticizer as main constituents for the acceptor layer B of the image receiving medium are used. As the dyeing crosslinking resin, that formed from vinyl chloride resin having a hydroxyl group and melamine resin is used. Further, as the plasticizer, polyester plasticizer is made to be used.
