PURPOSE:To enable foaming urethane to be poured without leakage independent of the viscosity of polyurethane reacting liquid by blocking the gap or void hole included in a cylindrical body with water or solution, when foaming polyurethane is poured into such cylindrical body. CONSTITUTION:A cylindrical body 1 has a narrow gap 2 (about several mm. distance) in the longitudinal direction on its cylindrical wall. The gap 2 of the cylindrical body 1 is closed with water, spraying the water 4 on the inner wall of said cylindrical body 1 by using a spray gun 3. Successively, polyurethane reacting liquid is poured into the cylindrical body 1, using a spray gun 5. Then, a solid material 7 is generated in the gap 2 of the cylindrical body 1, and with this solid material 7, the gap 2 is blocked, whereby the reacting liquid 6 does not leak outside from the gap 2. |
