PURPOSE:To provide nonwoven fabric retained in the mechanical strength, freed from stria-like shaping traces developed on its surface with the constituent fibers interlaced by columnar high-pressure fluid. CONSTITUTION:Fibrous web is put on a supporting member with numerous open holes and a columnar high-pressure fluid flow is rectangularly sprayed on the web surface followed by spraying said fluid again at an angle of 15-75 deg. to free the fabric surface from stria-like shaping traces. |
