PURPOSE:To obtain royal jelly-like and powdery fermented pollen nutrient- adjusted food having excellent digestibility and capable of mass-producing at a low cost by fermenting purified pollen obtained by breaking and purifying the grain wall of a pollen which is a source of honey using koji, yeast, etc. CONSTITUTION:A royal jelly-like fermented pollen nutrient-adjusted food obtained by fermenting a purified pollen obtained by breaking and purifying the grain wall of a pollen of honey source such as pollen of corn using koji, yeast, lactic acid bacilli, vitamin, etc., and powdery fermented pollen nutrient- adjusted food obtained by drying the adjusted food. Furthermore, vitamin B group and vitamins of niacinamide, pantothenic acid, folic acid and vitamin C are preferably added to 10-20g of the pollen nutrient-adjusted food at an amount more than required amount per Japanese adult daily. |
