<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a magnetic therapeutic apparatus which allows the maintaining of initial characteristic for a long time having little aging without fear of peeling or the like by filling a groove formed in a non-magnetic substrate with a ferromagnetic material and a thermosetting resin one being made pasted. CONSTITUTION:A proper amount of Carbitol as solvent is added to a magnetic powder, for example, a alloy powder of samarium cobalt comprising (SmCo5) in substrate structure and a thermosetting resin, for example, a silicon resin and mixed sufficiently to obtain a magnetic paste 3. Then, a specified number of grooves 2 are formed on a silicone rubber substrate 1 at a specified interval and filled with the magnetic paste 3 obtained by a method of printing or the like. Then, a magnetic substance heat-hardening processing is performed by heating the substrate 1. Subsequently, the substrate 1 having a magnetic composition is positioned on a magnetizing machine through which a line of a magnetic force passes across a thickness direction and magnetized to make a magnetic effect element. A magnet part of the substrate 1 magnetized is separated, and then, stuck on an adhesive band 5. Thus, a magnetic therapeutic apparatus invulnerable to deformation or the like can be obtained at a low cost.</p> |
