<p>PURPOSE:To provide a device for tumbling objects such as vessel to be transported in the upright attitude, with which the objects are tumbled certainly and transported to the next process and which can well handle vessels, etc., in a variety of shapes. CONSTITUTION:In upright attitude, four plates 11 are installed radially at 90deg. intervals on the peripheral circumference of a rotary shaft 10, which is secured to a drive motor 9 to constitute a tumbling mechanism 22. The drive motor 9 can rotate intermittently at 90deg. intervals round the axis to make indexation of the plates 11 one after another into a horizontal position A and another horizontal position B situated oppositely. Objects transported are fed onto that of the plates 11 situated in the horizontal position A by an object supplying mechanism. Each object tumbled and transferred from the horizontal position A to B is discharged from the plate 11 by an object discharging mechanism 23.</p> |
