PURPOSE: To print correct characters on the label according to correct types and formats by starting printing only after correct type and format identification data and correct printing data are input, then correct printing data are arranged. CONSTITUTION: A microcomputer 202, which is a main component of a control circuit 200 in the hand-held labeler, drives and controls a display 29, a step motor 35, and a printing head 36 respectively according to the input of a keyboard 27 and a switch button 37. The microcomputer 202 accepts only correct type and format identification data and rejects wrong data, then accepts only correct printing data and rejects wrong data. The microcomputer 202 starts printing operation only after correct printing data are arranged according to the selected types and formats. A result is that correct characters are printed on the label according to the correct types and formats. |
