CONSTITUTION:A roller 1S, 1F, 1L, 1F, 1S is formed integrally with a roller part [1L2] with an outer diameter D having a predetermined dimension and a shaft part 15 with an outer diameter d having a predetermined dimension, wherein the two [1L2, 1S] are concentric through a flange 1F and cavities 1LE and 1SE communicate each other. A raw material W having a cavity WS is inserted into a metallic mold [10, 11A, 11B] having a large diameter part 12 and a small diameter part with the predetermined dimensions D and d. Pressure liquid is blown into the cavity WS so as to manufacture the roller. |
