PURPOSE:To make available a humidifier in which a water-absorptive filter can be set and removed easily and properly, deformation of this water-absorptive filter is prevented, and the part around a heating pot is free from becoming dirty by using a structure wherein the water-absorptive filter is housed in a holding frame which is placed in a removable manner on the top of the heating pot and a guide cylinder for guiding steam is set in a removable manner between the holding frame and an outlet. CONSTITUTION:A water-absorptive filter 8, when set, is inserted into a holding frame 7 up to a point of its contact with ribs 8a thereon an the holding frame 7 is fitted on the upper end of a heating pot 3. To set an inside framework 9, a guide cylinder 10 thereof and the holding frame 7 are fitted together at the top end of the holding frame 7. When the water-absorptive filter 8 is replaced, the holding frame 7 is removed by a procedure reverse to that for setting; the water-absorptive filter 8 is taken out of the holding frame 7 and a new water-absorptive filter 8 is set in the holding frame 7 and set inside the main casing. 1. Thus the water-absorptive filter 8 can be set and removed easily and properly and its filtering function keeps good so that the durability of the heating pot 3 increases and with no dirtying around the heating pot 3 the interior of the apparatus can be kept clean. |
