PURPOSE:To provide the title compsn. which is molded into a film or fiber excellent in invariable slipperiness and resistance to shaving by compounding a thermoplastic polyester with org. polymer particles having both a soft part and a hard part. CONSTITUTION:The title compsn. is prepd. by compounding a thermoplastic polyester with org. polymer particles having both a soft part and a hard part, and the title film has a maximum-to-minimum particle diameter ratio of 1.1-5.0.
