PURPOSE:To prevent the involution of air between a skin layer and a core material layer when a core material layer is molded by the press molding of a preheated thermoplastic resin sheet to be integally laminated to the preformed skin material fixed to the preformed skin material fixed to the surface of a mold. CONSTITUTION:The frame 17 freely sliding in a vertical direction by an extensible device 18 is provided to the outer periphery of the meshed part of upper and lower molds 18, 14 and closed space is constituted at the time of clamping by the upper and lower molds 18, 14 and the frame 17 and degassed to mold a multilayered molded product. By this constitution, the skin layer is laminated and molded without involving air between the skin layer and a core material layer to obtain the multilayered molded product. |
