<p>PURPOSE:To make a hydraulic unit needless to obtain oil pressure simply and improve the high-efficiency, by connecting a hydraulic pump directly to the piston rod of the air pressure cylinder to operate it hydraulically. CONSTITUTION:A mold, a material to be processed, and so on are put at the tip of working shaft 1' of cylinder 1 for press to push manually operable air pressure switching valve 20. Then, the compression air passes through air pressure valve 19 and is supplied to air circuit 10, and reciprocating switching valve 11 supplies this compressed air to the going side and the returning side of air pressure cylinder 5 alternately to reciprocate piston rod 7 of air pressure cylinder 5. Hydraulic pump 6 is driven and suckes working oil from oil tank 4 and sends working oil through oil pressure circuit 14 to going side 1a of cylinder 1. Therefore, working shaft 1' of cylinder 1 is pressed and moved downward to perform a prescribed press processing.</p> |
