PURPOSE:To obtain a new amine compound useful as a raw material of a piperazine compound suitable for antiasthmatic agent, antiallergic medicine, agent for cerebral disease, etc., having excellent inhibitory action on lipoxygenase and cyclooxygenase or a salt thereof. CONSTITUTION:A compound shown by formula I (R is H, OH, tetrahydropyranyloxy or lower alkoxycarbonyl; A is H or phenyl; A' is CH2 or CO; n is 6-20 integer) or a salt thereof such as 1-(2-amino-2-phenylacetyl)-4- decylpiperazine. The compound is produced from a compound shown by formula II (Z is benzyl, CHO or COOC2H4) and a compound shown by formula III (X is halogen) through 4-5 processes. A compound shown by formula IV[B and B' are OH, lower alkoxy, H, etc.; Y is CH=CH or (C2)m; m is 0,1 or 2; R' is OH, H or lower alkoxycarbony] useful as agent for circulatory organs, therapeutic agent for nephritis, antiinflammatory analgesic, antireumatic agent, therapeutic agent for skin disease and therapeutic agent for hepatitis can be produced from the compound. |
