PURPOSE:To obtain a honeycomb excellent in heat resistance and rigid with flanges by laying a face sheet on top of the flange part of honeycomb core from the side of the face sheet by means of an energy beam and welding. CONSTITUTION:This honeycomb panel is formed by welding with the energy beam EB for joining the honeycomb 2, which has flange parts 30-33, and the face sheets 3, 4. Consequently, since no adhesives are used, the honeycomb can be used in a state of high temperature, and also, through the increase of a contact area between the honeycomb core 2 and the face sheets 3, 4 by adding the flanges, the rigid honeycomb panel is obtained. |
