CONSTITUTION:The subject method is a method for forming a viscous food by cutting a viscous raw material 2 extruded from an extrusion port 12, forming the extruded viscous raw material 2 into a formed body 5 of a prescribed shape and then applying a coating material through a tacky liquid 3 to the surface of the formed body 5. The aforementioned viscous raw material 2 is extruded into the tacky liquid 3 and simultaneously cut in the above-mentioned tacky liquid 3. |
