PURPOSE:To improve the detecting reliability of the revolution speed and the position of a motor and to make the motor compact with high resolving power. CONSTITUTION:A mark seal 24 is provided for a rotor 13 rotated by a stator 10 of a motor to detect the position or the revolution speed of the rotor 13. The light is cast to the mark seal 24 via a transmission optical fiber 18 from an external transmitting part 22 and at the same time, the reflecting light from the mark seal 24 is, via returning optical fibers 19a-19h, returned to a receiving part 23 provided outside. |
