PURPOSE:To obtain high quality of picture without the loosing of a high pass part of a received echo signal by converting a specified number of reflection echoes into digital signals to store a reflection echo data into a memory means while a reading timing is adjusted to shape the phase of each reflection echo data. CONSTITUTION:A reflection echo from in vivo is received with a vibrator to be inputted into a multiplexer 5, from which (5) the number M of received signals selected according to a diameter, the direction of a beam and the like are outputted to a preamplifier 14. The signals amplified with the preamplifier 14 are inputted into a digital phase shaping circuit 15, with which (15) the reflection echoes are converted into digital from analog and read out sequentially by a phase clock signal. A plurality of clocks varied in frequency of the phase clock signal are combined to adjust, thereby setting a reading timing of an FIFO memory corresponding to a delay value for each vibrator properly. |
