PURPOSE:To obtain a transfer layer having a wide range selecting the kinds of thermosetting resins utilized in the adhesive layer formed to the surface of a transfer material and improving the bonding strength between the adhesive layer and the transfer layer in the formation of the transfer layer to a molded object. CONSTITUTION:After a coating layer of a solvent type thermosetting resin is formed to the transfer surface of a molded object, the coating layer is dried so that at least a part of the solvent in the coating layer remains to impart self-adhesiveness to the coating layer and, continuously, the surface of the transfer layer of a transfer sheet consisting of a transfer sheet base material and the transfer layer is brought into contact with the surface of the coating layer having self-adhesiveness to be pressed thereto and, after the transfer sheet base material is peeled off, the coating layer of the thermosetting resin formed to the transfer object is thermally cured or, after the pressed body of the transfer sheet and the transfer object is heated, the base material of the transfer sheet is peeled off. |
