<p>PURPOSE:To facilitate molding of the lid by molding a recessing for fitting the trapezoidal projection of a tape-cartridge into floe rear end side of an inner surface of the lid, and a reinforcing rib at the front end thereof for making a shushing case thin, respectively in injection molding. CONSTITUTION:At the time of plastic-molding a lid 6 by the use of an upper mold 27 and a lower mold 29, a recess 23 and the left and right central part of an interior surface of the rear surface wall 17 is molded by means of an insert 32 at the side of the lower mold 29 and, at the same time, there is molded a place, where the recession 23 of the inner surface of the lid 6 and the left and right central part of the inner surface of the rear surface wall 17 are removed, by means of a slide core 31 being extracted toward the forward of an upper surface wall 15 (having a recessed groove 33 for molding rib 24). After extracting the slide chore 31 by opening the upper mold 27 upside, the lid 6 after molding projects upward from the mold.</p> |
