PURPOSE:To obtain the title film or sheet excellent in releasability and smoothness by mixing a thermoplastic synthetic resin with a polysiloxane/polyvinyl graft copolymer of a specified structure and melt-forming the mixture into a film or a sheet. CONSTITUTION:A polysiloxane/polyvinyl graft copolymer mainly consisting of siloxane units of formula I and siloxane units of formula II is produced by grafting or graft-polymerizing a vinyl monomer onto a polysiloxane. In formulas I and II, R<1> to R<3> are each a non-radicalpolymerizable hydrocarbon group having a carbon atom directly bonded to the Si atom, A is a bivalent organic group having a bivalent organic group having a carbon atom directly bonded to the Si atom and linked with B, and B is a vinyl monomer block or a vinyl polymer block. 0.1-30 pts.wt. this graft copolymer is mixed with 100 pts.wt. thermoplastic synthetic resin, and the mixture is melt-formed into a thermoplastic synthetic film or sheet.
