PURPOSE:To obtain a new enzyme useful for efficiently producing mink growth hormone. CONSTITUTION:The subject gene is obtained by linking ATG to the N-terminal part in mink growth hormone gene and dark species mink growth hormone having the base sequence expressed by the formula and respectively regiospecifically varying G at the 6-position to A, C at the 9-position to T, C at the 15-position to T, T at the 16-position to C, G at the 18-position to A, C at the 21-position to T, C at the 24-position to T, G at the 27-position to A, T at the 30-position to C, C at the 33-position to T, C at the 39-position to T and G at the 42-position to T. |
