PURPOSE:To provide the title compsn. which is molded into a film or fiber excellent in affinity, slipperiness, and resistance to shaving by compounding a thermoplastic polyester resin with two kinds of org. polymer particles: one consisting of particles depositing in the process for producing a polyester resin and having a specified mean diameter and the other being soft and having a low strength. CONSTITUTION:The title compsn. is prepd. by compounding a thermoplastic polyester resin with two kinds of org. polymer particles: one consisting of particles depositing in the process for producing a polyester resin and having a mean particle diameter of 0.01-5mum and the other having a strength under 10% deformation (S10) satisfying the equation: 0).
