PURPOSE:To easily obtain a sterilized curing liquid without deteriorating the same by dividing a container into a plurality of sections and separately filling the respective sections with the respective components of the curing liquid to sterilize said components by high pressure steam, and subsequently sucking the liquid components of the sections by an injection needle to inject the same in the sections in which polysaccharide is received. CONSTITUTION:Polysaccharide wetted with water is put in a lower container 1 and an aqueous acid solution is received in a cylindrical body on a partition member 2, and both of the container 1 and the cylindrical body 3 are connected by a screw to be sterilized by high pressure steam. After cooling, the aqueous acid solution in the cylindrical body 3 is sucked by an injection needle and injected in the lower container 1 by allowing the injection needle to pierce through a septum 5 to dissolve polysaccharide. Therefore, even when the cylindrical body 3 is detached from the upper end of the partition member 2 after the injection needle is pulled out, the lower container 1 becomes the state closed by the partition member 2 and the curing liquid in the lower container 1 is held to a sterilized state before use. By this constitution, polysaccharide and the aqueous acid solution can simultaneously by sterilized in a separated state by one sterilizing treatment. |
