<p>PURPOSE:To position reinforcing cloth plates on the surface and back of an inner sole main body properly and easily and to comletely prevent separation of the respective reinforcing cloth plates from the inner sole main body. CONSTITUTION:In a process 1, rubber and magnetic powder are mixed and kneaded, and in a process 2, the raw material is compressed to generate a rubber magnet plate. In a process 3, two reinforcing cloth plates are positioned opposite to each other, with the rubber magnet plate sandwiched in the center therebetween, and there three members are heated and pressurized by a hot plate mold. As woven cloth treated with an adhesive treating agent is used as each reinforcing cloth plate, the respective reinforcing cloth plates are enbedded near the surface and the back of the inside of the rubber magnet plate and three members are solidly joined to each other by hot melt adhesion of an adhesive treating agent. After that, in a process 4, stamping is performed to complete an external form, in a process 5, surface coating is performed, in a process 6, polarization is performed, and in a process 7, wrapping is performed to finish a product.</p> |
