<p>PURPOSE:To enable short pulse electron beams, for example up to 2nsec., to be accurately observed by forming a winding by a coaxial shielded wire, and connecting a terminal resistance having nearly the same resistance value as said winding to one end thereof. CONSTITUTION:When an electron beam 4 passes a core 1, a voltage is induced across a resistance 3. A winding 7 is formed by a 50OMEGA coaxial shielded wire, and at the same time, a terminal resistance 8 of 50OMEGA is connected to one end of the winding 7 in order to take impedance matching of said 50OMEGA coaxial shielded wire.
