PURPOSE:To provide means for simply and temporarily interrupting the elevation of a nozzle. CONSTITUTION:An engagement part of a locking lever 4 driven by a cam 1 is so constructed that a roller of a rod 8 is movable onto the same axis as the axial center line NA of the lever 4, and movement means 15, 16, 17 are provided for moving the rod 8 in a direction N6 orthogonal to the direction of reciprocation of the rod 8 to move the roller 9 onto the axial center line NA. |
