PURPOSE:To prevent toner stuck on the wall surface of the air sucking duct of an electrifier from being dropped even when a unit is pulled out from a device main body and erected so that a photosensitive belt is in a perpendicular direction. CONSTITUTION:In this image forming device forming whose photosensitive belt 1 and electrostatic charging device 12 are unitized, the device is provided with the photosensitive belt 1 and an electrostatic charging device case 13 which are supported by the supporting frame 14 of the unit, the air sucking duct 18 connected to the charging device case 13, the opening/closing valve 19 disposed in the air sucking duct 18, an operating arm 22 provided on the rotary shaft 20 of the opening/closing valve 19 outside the air sucking duct 18, and a wire 23 attached to the operating arm 22, the tension of the wire 23 with respect to the operating arm 22 is adjusted and the opening/closing of the opening/closing valve 19 is interlocked to close it in a state where the unit is erected in the vertical direction. |
