PURPOSE:To make it possible to attach and remove one probe for replacement of an element and the like for every unit channel and to improve workability by making a flange which supports a magnetic sensor parts and several pieces of probes to be a unit channel probe, and arranging a plurality of unit-channel probes. CONSTITUTION:A plurality of probes each comprising a detecting coil 1, a magnetic sensor part 2 and a supporting rod 3 are provided in a flange 4. The flange is made to be a unit channel probe. A plurality of the unit-channel probes are arranged, and a multichannel prove is constituted. When the requirement for lifting up one probe out of refrigerant occurs, only the unit channel probe supporting the probe can be removed from a refrigerant container. When, the number of the channels is changed, the change can be readily accomplished by arranging the required number of the unit-channel probes. Thus, the workability is improved, the faults of parts are decreased and the evaporating amount of the refrigerant can be decreased. |
