<p>PURPOSE:To get a thick film resistor which has as excellent property as an untrimmed thick resistor and can be adjusted to a desired resistance value by arranging a trimming kerf at the end face of a resistor, and equalizing the voltage distribution. CONSTITUTION:This resistor is adjusted to a desired value by cutting trimming grooves 4, 7 and 8 into trimming conductors 2 and 3 which are opposed to sandwich a resistor pattern 1 and one end each of which is terminated.</p> |
