<p>PURPOSE:To initialize a non-contact type portable carrier without using a reset coil and an exclusive reset signal. CONSTITUTION:At the time of actuating power voltage, the reset signal is inputted to a processing circuit 31 until prescribed time for a time constant to be determined by a capacitor 42 and a resistance 43 passes. When a next receiving signal is not detected or a transmission signal is not transmitted until the prescribed timer the time constant to be determined by a capacitor 39 and a resistance 40 passes, the reset signal is inputted to the processing circuit 31 from a re-trigger circuit 38.</p> |
