PURPOSE:To prevent a non-input state from occurring inspite of the reception of a signal at the time of receiving subscription broadcasting in the non- connection sate of a scrample decoder to a satellite broadcasting receiver. CONSTITUTION:A voice signal demodulating part 3 detects a subscription bit included in a voice signal and turns the input terminal (a) of an AND circuit 13 to high at the time of subscription broadcasting or turns it to low in the other case. When a pin jack is not inserted into the video-only input terminal 9 of the scramble decoder, the input terminal (b) of the AND circuit 13 is turned to low, and in the inserted state, it is turned to high. When the output of the AND circuit 13 is high, a selecting switch 7 selects a video signal and a voice signal obtained from the scramble decoder, and when the output is low, selects and outputs a video signal and a voice signal outputted from a video signal processing part 4 and a voice signal processing part 5.
