PURPOSE:To automatically incorporate two originals, to arrange and place them on an original platen just like one original, to reduce copying work time in comparison with the case that the original is manually placed as in the conventional manner, and further to prevent the waste of the paper caused by miscopying because of the deviation of the original. CONSTITUTION:A 1st carrying belt 95 and a 2nd carrying belt 96 are juxtaposed in a state where the original platen 3 is covered with them, and a stopper means 130 for positioning the original which freely contacts with/separates from the original platen 3 is provided between the 1st and the 2nd carrying belts 95 and 96. Then, two original s D and D are controlled to be carried to butt against the stopper means 130 which is in contact with the original platen 3 by the 1st and the 2nd carrying belts 95 and 96, and arranged to be placed just like one original. |
