METHOD FOR SYNTHESIZING MUSICAL SOUND WAVEFORM

PURPOSE:To make a variation of musical sounds rich by synthesizing musical sound which are finely different in timbre and interval feeling while the features of an optional musical sound are left. CONSTITUTION:Amplitude information is extracted by processing an original musical sound waveform in a waveform memory 1 by Fourier transformation. Phase information is extracted by processing a musical sound waveform in a waveform memory 2 by Fourier transformation. The above amplitude information and phase information are processed by inverse Fourier transformation to obtain the synthesized musical sound waveform.
