A tear-off receiver receipt sheet (6) is arranged on the form set top side, and covers only a part of the form set area. The pocket upper sheet (4) is transparent in one part (41) which is not covered by the receiver receipt sheet. Information on the document is readable through the pocket transparent area without the document leaving the pocket (5). - The form set, exclusive of the receiver receipt sheet and the protective sheet, carries information (37) about the form set package number. The tear-off protective sheet (1) also carries information about the package number. The protective sheet comprises the consignor receipt, and the receiver receipt sheet also carries information about the package number. |
