PURPOSE:To eliminate defective cut of coating due to sagging of wire and to protect the core against damage and cutting CONSTITUTION:A second clamp 300 is spaced apart a first clamp 200 and the intermediate strip region of a wire 600a is stretched linearly and then a cut is made therein by means of a cutter. Since the cut is made in the wire 600a under stretched state, an appropriate cutting amount is ensured without causing defective cut and the core is protected against damage or cut due to contact with the cutter. |
