The invention proposes a partitioning device for a vehicle (10) equipped with a hatch (12) articulated at the rear of a roof (16, 18) and situated above a luggage compartment, a shelf extending above this compartment, of the type comprising a transparent partition (34, 46) located inside the vehicle in the vicinity of the hatch (12, 44), and the lower edge of which is, in the closed position of the partition (34), arranged close to a portion of the shelf, characterised in that it includes means (48, 50) for deicing by heating the glazed part (44) of the hatch (12) and the transparent part (46) of the partition (34), which means prevent the formation of mist or ice on the said glazed (44) and transparent (46) parts, and which include a first network (48) for electrical heating using a resistor borne by the transparent partition (34, 46), and a second network (50) for electrical heating using a resistor borne by the glazed hatch (12, 44). <IMAGE>
