MANUFACTURE OF ELECTRODE PLATE FOR LEAD-ACID BATTERY

PURPOSE:To provide an electrode plate manufacture of a lead-acid battery which can strengthen the binding force between a grid and an active material. CONSTITUTION:After a conductive resin applied to the whole or a part of a grid previously, PbO2 is applied to the surface of the conductive resin and after that the grid is filled with either a paste consisting of a lead compound, water and a diluted sulfuric acid or a lead compound powder. The grid and the active material are stuck to each other and the binding force becomes film due to the hardening of the conductive resin.
