PURPOSE:To automatically manufacture a product combined with a connector by pressing the connector against the terminal of a flat cable, reversing the connector 180 deg., forcing a strain relief therein, and bending the end of the flat cable. CONSTITUTION:A connector is arranged in the terminal area of a flat cable by a connector moving mechanism 120. The connector is pressed against the terminal of the flat cable for connection by a connector pressing mechanism 150. The connector is held and reversed 180 deg. by a reversing mechanism 160. A strain relief is arranged where the connector is reversed by a strain relief mechanism 190. The strain relief is forced into the connector with the end of the flat cable placed between by a strain relief forcing mechanism 210, to combine the end of the flat cable with the connector. |
