PURPOSE:To automatically produce a maintenance schedule necessary for the building control by fetching the operating state data on the equipments set at a work site in an on-line way and using a computer for production of the maintenance schedule. CONSTITUTION:A monitor control computer 1 controls the site equipments 3-1-3-3 provided in a building to record the operating time of each equipment and to store the operation data necessary for the optimum maintenance of the equipments 3-l-3-3 A maintenance schedule control computer 2 fetches the operation data stored in the computer 1 in a fixed cycle through a transmission line 4 and automatically produces a maintenance schedule. Thus no man power is needed at all for collection and application of data and furthermore the accurate information is obtained. In such a constitution, a proper maintenance schedule is automatically produced. |
