PURPOSE:To effectively remove noise of a power source by selectively switching charge/discharge connecting states of a plurality of secondary cells by a controller when the discharge of the cell is proceeded so that an output of a comparator is varied, and transmitting power of an input side to an output side through the cell. CONSTITUTION:At the time point when an output of a discharge characteristic detector 5 is compared with a reference value 7 to judge that power supply to an output load cannot be connected, an output of a comparator 6 is varied, a changeover switch 3 is switched by a controller 8, and the connecting state is again inverted. When the value 7 is suitably set, the above-described operation is repeated, and power is continuously obtained at the output load in a state that the input side is disconnected from the output side. Accordingly, two or more secondary cells 1, 2 of minimum limit are provided, discharge state of the cell 1 or 2 connected to the output side is detected, charging/discharging state is selectively switched thereby to insulate the input side from the output side, and hence noise removing characteristic is improved. |
