PURPOSE:To attractively arrange the operation terminal equipment and to easily change addresses or functions. CONSTITUTION:The operation terminal equipment is provided with an optical wireless transmitting/receiving circuit for executing signal transmission to/from a set device by means of an optical wireless signal at the time of changing a set address or a function. A housing 40 is formed to the module size of an existing flush type wiring apparatus. The operation terminal equipment is constituted so as to be attached/detached to/from a fixing frame to be used for embedding the above wiring apparatus to a wall face.
