<p>PURPOSE:To enable drawing out a leader tape by a guide post and stably joining the leader tape and a magnetic tape, to prevent the generation of scraped dropping caused by a scratching of the leader tape, and also to enable a stable guide of tape in non-contact by the guide post when the jointed both tapes are wound up at high speed. CONSTITUTION:When an air of prescribed pressure is inputted to an air supply passage 1, the air flow rate is set to a specified high flow rate at first by a control valve 2 for high flow rate. Then, the air is sent to a solenoid valve 3 used for flow rate changeover, which forwards the air to either an air supply passage 3a for low flow rate provided with a control valve 4 for low flow rate or an air supply passage 3b for high flow rate, in accordance with the specified timing. After that, the air is sent out into a drawing-out pin 30B through a T-shape joint 5 and a high performance filter 6.</p> |
