The submarine cable connector has a simple and multi-stage water- tight structure, to ease connection and assembly process. The connector comprises first/second water-tight members (A,B) facing each other and including a circular plate body (5) with water- tight seals (7,14) in either inner side of a housing (1); a spacer formed between the two water-tight members (A,B); tie rod (11) and connection box (3) equipped among the first water-tight members (A) ; a third water-tight member (C) for sealing amont cover housings (2,201) and a cable (4); a water-tight seal (21) and a seal cover (22) positioned in either end of the housing (1).
