The polyester resin composition is prepared by adding 0.05-30 wt.% of copolyester obtained by copolymerizing compound (I) and compound (II) (m = 2 or 4, n = 1-100), 0.01-10 wt.% of parahydroxy benzoic acid metallic salt (or diol salt) obtained by reacting compound (III) and compound (IV) (m = univalent or bivalent metal, x = 1 or 2, y = 2-10), 0.01-15 wt.% of a inorganic filler selected from talc, titanium dioxide, calcium carbonate, kaoline or mica, 0.01-15 wt.% of a lubricant selected from sodium stearate, magnesium stearate or neopentylglycol dibenzoate, 5-50 wt.% of glass filament and 5-30 wt.% of bromine-based flame retardant to a polyethylene terephthalate resin having a intrinsic viscosity of 0.4-1.0 dl/gr.
