<p>A method of coating is disclosed in which a substrate and plating solution are placed in a container and heated by a microwave power source. This produces coatings which can have superior coating rates, grain structure and hardness as well as providing cleaner treatment conditions. The coating process may be electroless plating or electrolytic plating.</p> |
